Directors Reports:
Club Service/Vice President: Volunteers Night was attended by Rosinda, Ray, Peter and Geoff. Good night with some interesting games played to help volunteers mix. Well done City of Cockburn for putting it on to show appreciation of what the Volunteer groups do in the community. Entertainment books received and distributed still open for others to buy either online or paper back.

Governance Officer: Constitution approved by the Dept of Commerce. Next we need to ratify the By-Laws and have them voted into support of the Constitution.
Geoff Webb to circulate to all members and pending comments and alterations will be accepted by the Committee.
COC Mens Shed Inc: Friday the 3rd May celebrating their first Birthday since moving into the new premises. Invites out.
Treasurer: Were rich? One outstanding fees still due. Fees set for 2019-20 at $265
Term Deposit to roll over
Foundation: Ray: Beeliar Markets at Beeliar Shopping centre. Meetings ongoing numbers up and down with low on first wet Sunday to be expected. Eric the events guy is helping with the marketing of the Beeliar Markets and setting up FaceBook and Instagram and Twitter and approaching market people at all the other local venues.
President Elect: Ray; Meetings will commence weekly again in the new Rotary Year due to the fact the two meetings a month not working or the committee get togethers. One meeting a month will be for committee discussions and the Board will convene longer to sort out matters.
Membership: Peter; Couple contacts for new members but all members should be nominating prospective members need for the club to survive
Fellowship:
10th May Wine Night was a great night and enjoyed by all. Wine sales were not huge but the club should get approx. $450 from the sales. Delivery should be soon to Ian Watsons business. Additional Bottles can be purchased or ordered delivered free to a central place in the Metro area.
50th Anniversary of the Club is this year and will be combined with the Change Over this year on the 26th June Place TBC.

Community: Alan; Brought the Salvation Army Captain Darryl Robinson along last week to talk to the club and present the cheque promised but no meeting wrong week changed by President ian? He will invite him another time to speak to the club.
Vocational: Diane chasing up schools regarding Literacy awards. 4Way Test schools being approached missed first round but Seton looking good for new year. Meeting arranged with committee
Youth: Incoming student Xavier arrives from France on the 27th July and will be billeted out still looking for a family to host for a period.
Miela who is in Spain sent her 3rd very expansive newsletter. Seems settled and enjoying her year.
