Welcome all members and guests,
  • Thanks to all who attended the evening meeting at the Majestic restaurant on Thursday, a very nice meal.
  • There will be no breakfast meeting on 9 June due to the Youth Exchange breakfast on Sunday, 12 June.
  • The meeting on 16 June will be avocational visit to rocky Bay in Mosman Park.
  • Changeover will be on 23 June at the Senior Citizens venue.
  • The next Board meeting will be on 7 June at the Beaver Offices.

Regarding the Back to Country- Celebrating Hamilton Hills History. Family Fun Day Sunday 5th June from 10am to 3.30pm. Randwick Stables 14 Hardey St,Hamilton Hill WA .
 
Members have been invited to the ARH Indigenous Health Scholarships 2016 Presentation on 6 July at the Mercure Hotel in Perth. Contact PP Alan if going as numbers are limited.
 
The next Fair meeting will be on Thursday, 9 June at the Council offices.
 
The 2016 Bowel Scan project was completed in May and was very successful.
 
PP Michael has delivered all but 1 Literacy Award and this will be done next week
 
Well done to PP Diane for her efforts s to persuade Robin and Owen to join the Club.
Club Discussion :
The Cockburn council is holding a workshop for tips on Council Grant applications. This will be held on 24 February. PE Geoff has elected to attend.
A proposal was put forward to assist Rossmoyne SHS with the Student Driving School. The aim is to gain experience then the Club will assist with the local school Driving School programs.
A proposal was put forward to organize a Stair Run at Manning Park before the Spring Fair.
A sub-committee chaired by PP Ray was formed to investigate the possibilities of running an event, either at the Fair or on another day.
Members not attending meetings on Thursdays are required to tender their apologies to PP Kaye by the preceding Tuesday. It is also proposed members who do not notify their non-attendance will be required to pay the cost of the breakfast meal. Due to the low numbers attending, the Club has been forced to cover the costs of the breakfast.
