The Rotary Club of Cockburn has a desire to generate funds to put towards its donation program.
After much discussion within the Club it has been decided to facilitate in the running of a Temporary Market.
Sellers will be admitted for $15 per bay and buyers for a gold coin donation.

Funds generated from the sellers and buyers will be the basis of the donation program.

The Club has been offered the car park at Beeliar Village Shopping Centre and successfully obtained a Development Approval from the City of Cockburn.
RC Cockburn is in the final stages of negotiations with the Centre Owners and Property managers as well as the Health Department at the City of Cockburn.
It is still hoped that March 10 will be the start date but as that date draws near and 2 approvals yet to be forthcoming, this date could be a challenge.

The City of Cockburn has been very generous by agreeing to a Community Grant of $3720 to be put towards the establishment of the Temporary Market.

The Club is also in liaison with the property managers of the Beeliar Village Shopping Centre as there will be various requirements the Club will need to adhere to.
